Market Upswing?

I’m beginning to notice more activity in the Carrollton and Smithfield communities.  Telephone and email inquiries from prospective buyers are picking up, and my web site stats show a significant increase in property searches.  There are more showings, and open houses are actually drawing some folks besides curious neighbors!  What’s happening in your specific neighborhoods?
